Originally an outbuilding on a 1 acre residential lot zoned for horses, this 325 s.f. renovation now serves as the “world headquarters” home office.  The Wheat Ridge area evolved from an agricultural community into residential neighborhoods. Known for its many trees and larger residential lots, the region has a unique small town character yet is only 6 miles from downtown Denver. A number of the original farm structures still remain throughout the area. The exterior materials are reminiscent of the old barns and stables: board and batten wood siding, painted red with white trim. In contrast, the interiors are modern with natural maple cabinets, shelving and trim.
